Love the app. Definitely helps warn me of major traffic issues in morning and eve. Like being informed of significant local news items.

Excellent app for local news, weather, and traffic reports and on top of that you get breaking national news.

Tired of the political hearsay. Not that I ever took this "news" app seriously...just wanted to keep up with local news. Oh well...Ill try another.

If you like liberal spin written by a middle schooler, then you will love this app.

This app has to be the slowest one on my device. Speed up the launch time with relevant info and stars go up. Cheers

News app that gives news.

I was using the KENS 5 app & watching KENS tv exclusively, especially for weather. It WAS the only news station that would include Tilden weather. A few weeks ago they changed their weather reporting and have taken Tilden off of the regular weather reporting map. San Antonio stations are the only local ones available in this part of McMullen county. Why did we get "dumped"? Ive now added the other local tv station apps to my devices in hopes of someone reporting weather activity in my area.

Advertising interferes with accessing content!

If you are looking for a biased liberal news source in San Antonio complete with biased reports, zero objectivity, and an AP UI that is filled Clickbait adds then this is your new source! Otherwise look toward the other stations with aps that are more user friendly and more objective in their reporting. Sad too because this was at one time without a doubt the best news source in SA. Not anymore !

Very dependable

Like the subject says, on my phone, if I want to find out whats going on, I open this app

On the positive side, I get local news coverage. On the other side, Im shocked at all the one-sided the political coverage. For example this morning, there are 3 stories about the cast of Hamilton mistreating Mike Pence who was their guest for last Friday evening. Apparently KENS 5 thinks the situation is Pences fault. Like he just had that coming. I believe Kens 5 can spin every bit of news in America this way: any good outcome is in spite of Trump/Pence and any bad outcome as directly or indirectly caused by them.

Great radar. Keeps me informed on weather. I dont use it for news though

Finally local radar!! Cant count on the weather channel any more. I like the news too. Never have any trouble w the links.

Decent app...but too many tabs with the stories and some the stories have been here for MONTHS

I downloaded this app so I could see what was going on with bad weather when my TV went out it shows your radar from half an hour to an hour ago and you cannot watch the breaking weather news

Inconsistency. Thats the biggest problem. Articles that mention videos dont always have a way to watch them. If I open in safari I can usually watch them. News alerts tell me to open in the app for details when thats where I already am. Update: lost another star. I clicked the embedded video on the WW II plane emergency landing and got a black screen and an app crash.

Great app. I get all the highlights realtime.

The videos that are said to be available by the push notifications are almost never there to view. Please either put the videos on or dont send the notifications.

The traffic on TV is bad, if shes a comedian she needs to leave it on stage, give the traffic and not your opinion. Also on tv, take the point of story off,( or whatever else its called ) yall leave it on for the whole segment along the the other story that follows, cant it just be shown for awhile, it blocks so much.
