Crashes & Overnotifies

I used to like this app now I cant even use it. It crashes every single time I open it. Im also so annoyed from all of the notification actions I wish there was a breaking news only feature. For example if there is a terrorist attack I would like to know, but when somebody gets hit by a car, or a small news story I dont want 8 notifications a day
